My tour in Barcelona led me to dis beautiful place namely Parc Guell. A park which Antonio Gaudi was commissioned to construct...a long story anyway but I took some pix juz to share. Enjoy!!!
D entrance to Parc Guell in Barcelona...
D ever popular icon in Parc Guell, d 'Lizard'...
Another view, from d front...
A salamander-looking animal. Another type of animal statue which adorns d stairway....
Tourists kept posing beside d 'Lizard'...
D pillars remind me of a maze where a minatour would appear n capture it's prey in legendary Crete...hehehe...
D ceiling looks intereting...
Pretty right?
Another one...
Looks delectable isn't it?
D building with d cross on top is now a souvenir shop...
An excerpt from a blogger of Arc de Triompf in Barcelona... "Not as triumphal as the Paris equivalent, it is nonetheless a pretty impressive monolith of red brick and horn-blowing angels."
Impressive...still very early in d morning. Not many people/tourists ard yet...
From a different angle...
A close up view of the facade...
Another view from d back...
A view with n unknown statue (to me)...
Another unknown monument, nice though...looks like d Statue of Liberty...
