 Wat is Mee Bakso? Javanese yellow noodle, vege (normally cabbage) soup base & beef balls (I counted 5 of 'em in my bowl...hehehe...). It's accompanied usually with dark chilli soy sauce, for added spicyness. Y d sudden pangs of dis indonesan food u might say? Hehehe...well, a few days ago, I saw a rerun of d "Amazing Race Asia" & I saw them attempting dis challenge of either pushing a cart of traditional Bakso stall for abt 500m or so, without spilling d soy sauce in d cart or selling d meal for a few rupiahs (i'm not sure how many bowls do dey have to sell). On seeing those, I found out dat d stall near my hse is selling it...hehehe...d power of TV!!! |

 Went out for midnight shopping with my love one. Didn't buy much but then hunger took it's turn. Visit our only known food outlet in orchard road. A 24hr place juz beside "Paragon". Seafood Baked Rice anyone? Hehehe... |

 Mmm...Bento set but it's not japanese food. It's juz d packaging but there's rice, otah, chicken curry, spicy fried long beans, chilli paste & fried egg. It's lunch alright & it's free...hehehe... |

 Getting purple roses while singing a favourite rendition of "Isabella". My close friends (4 of 'em) had dis crazy idea of singing in malay weddings, for our close friends, their rendition of dis famous malay hits whenever time permits. Last evening was no different...hehehe...sorry for d blurry pix. Gotta get dis pix candidly though... |
